Description: Developed from a proprietary wine blend, our Valencia varietal is aged in American Oak barrels for 3 years. The Valencia was not '“flavored”; the flavor emanates directly out of our custom Still and placed directly into the barrel.

Tasting Notes: Starting with a distinct orange nose, followed by overlapping laers of vanilla, honeysuckle and caramelized pecan, long finish with subtle references to maple and oak. This is a complex brandy, yet approachable by consumers of all types.

Enjoy our Valencia straight or with a single large (square or spherical) ice cube. Ideal as the sun sets on a clear evening.
