CHRIS

Cofounder & Sales Guy

As a 4th generation Californian, Chris retired from the Tech industry after 44 years running BD & Channel teams across several geographies. Chris found a deep interest in the alchemy of distillation, and a desire to bring brandy back to being the spirit of choice for cocktails and mixology.

Chris believes we should not be bound by preconceived or traditional approaches to the creation of craft Brandies.

Beau

Cofounder & Distiller

Beau took an interest in the distilling process over 15 years ago. After originally working in various wineries within California, Beau relocated to the Sierra Foothills a decade ago to begin the discovery of his own distilling processes.

Beau believes in constantly exploring, experimenting and bringing his passion to his work. He has an unwavering dedication to Spirit Hawk’s mission of sustainability and zero-waste, while continuing to create a one-of-a-kind experience for the palate.

As Spirit Hawk’s Guest Relations guru, Dee brings a wide variety of experience. After running an innovative fabric and home textile business working with some of the largest commercial retailers, Dee has brought her creative eye to our distillery and tasting room designs.

Hilary

Marketing Director

Hilary brings 17 years of experience in Marketing, Special Events and Community/Human Relations to the distillery family. She has worked in the world of corporate non-profits, the private sector and healthcare, assisting her employers and clients with promotion, compliance, organization and project management. 

Hilary runs our web and social media divisions, and handles  our marketing campaigns and initiatives.

mike

Art Director

Mike joined Spirit Hawk in its infancy, working alongside the founders to create our unique "Gyotaku" concept art on Spirit Hawk's labels.  He continues to be instrumental in  branding initiatives, all aspects of  design, and working with our vendors.

With over 20 years of design experience, Mike is an Emmy and Addy award winning designer with a portfolio spanning television, print and graphic design.
