FAQ

  1. Are children allowed on the premises?
    Because we serve alcoholic beverages, those under the age of 21 are not permitted in the Distillery building. Those 21 and over entering the Distillery should be prepared to show ID.

  2. Are pets permitted at Spirit Hawk Distillery?
    Due to liability, safety and hygiene, we cannot allow pets on the premises. However, service animals are permitted with prior notice and authorization. 

  3. Is there a fee for tastings either in the Distillery or on the Tasting Deck?
    Yes, a Tasting Fee will be charged at the time of booking your reservation. 

  4. Should I need to cancel my Tasting Reservation, will I be refunded the Tasting Fee?
    Reservations for groups of less than 10 may be cancelled 48 hours ahead of time with a full refund. Those cancelled less than 48 hours will forfeit the Tasting Fee. Groups of more than 10 must cancel at least 7 days in advance for a refund. 

  5. Is the property handicap accessible?
    Our facility is handicap accessible, however please note that our Distillery is built on a hillside and therefore we are unable to guarantee ease of mobility around the property.

  6.  Can I bring my own food to accompany the tasting?
     Personal food is not allowed in the Tasting Room or on the Tasting deck. However, you are welcome to bring your own picnic and enjoy in designated areas on the property. 

  7. Is the property open to the public?
    Please check our website and social media pages for hours of operation. Groups of 6+ will need a reservation at all times. Busier days of the week will also require a reservation. 

  8. Is there a dress code on the premises?
    There is no dress code, however we do ask that patrons wear close-toe shoes. Items with offensive messages are also not allowed. Patrons may be asked to leave at discretion of staff.

  1. Where can I purchase Spirit Hawk products?
    Once available to the public (coming soon!) our available products may only be purchased through the Distillery, and may only be sold in within California.
  2. Are patrons limited to a 3-bottle purchase?
    California law prohibits distilleries from selling more than 2.25 liters to any single adult in one day.

  4.  Are Spirit Hawk products gluten free?
    Yes! Gluten free and vegan.
